    Promoting the debate on BIM in Spain

    — Mark Chown, Madrid Group Leader, Arup The panel discussion highlighted the challenges and successes of BIM implementation. Leading professionals from public administrations such as Planen-bauen 4.0, SEGITTUR and corporations such as Neinver and F.C. Barcelona, in addition to contractors OHL, Ferrovial, Acciona and Sacyr provided the keys to a successful change management towards digital transformation. Each company should examine and consider how to improve their core processes through digital tools by selecting what is valuable to them and then adapting it to the company’s needs.
