Złota 44 residential tower

  • Luxury 54-storey all-residential skyscaper, Europe's second tallest.

Złota 44 will be a spectacular skyscraper in the centre of Warsaw – and is set to become one of the landmarks of the Polish capital.

This luxury tower at Złota street, located between the Palace of Culture and the Central Railway Station, will be 192m high with 54 storeys and 251 apartments. This will make it Europe's second-tallest all-residential skyscraper.

Arup is responsible for structural, mechanicalelectrical and public health engineering design works until tender stage. Also for verification of construction information and supervision.

The building has been designed by the world-famous architect Daniel Libeskind. Its distinctive 'sail' shape symbolises a new direction for the future of Warsaw.

Zlota 44 aims to be the most luxurious apartment building in Poland, offering a wide range of additional services and facilities available exclusively to its residents, including a 25m indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa.
